Malen Rescue offers 24-hour roadside assistance and recovery 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year with the capability to recover all types of vehicles, from mopeds to 44 tonne artics. Malen has a fleet of 31 recovery vehicles designed to cater for any situation.
Working with all the major motoring organisations every job is tracked on a dedicated bespoke VTRAK computer system. The primary aim is to repair vehicles and get the customer back on their journey in as short a time as possible. Where this cannot be done the vehicle is either taken to Malens service centre in Leamington Spa or to a local dealership, dealing specifically with the make of vehicle.
A Green Flag training program, provided in conjunction with Lucas and backed up by AA and RAC courses, is used to assist Malens roadside technicians in vehicle diagnosis. This in turn is backed up by a team of recovery technicians that will transport customers and their vehicle home, if required.
All recovery operators are trained to a very high standard set by the Police as part of Malens association with Warwickshire Police. Malen also provides the police with a dedicated forensic bay capable of holding two vehicles for DNA testing and inspection within a controlled environment.

Malen use specialist vehicles with an exceptionally low loading angle to recover high performance sports cars such as Ferrari, Porsche, Lamborghini.
